SECURITY
We provide fully trained personnel and equipment to ensure the security and safety of any worksite 24-hours per day, 7 days per week, for short or long term contracts.
Each of our security guards meet and exceed the minimum Alberta training and licensing requirements and are further trained by our industry specific training program. We actively recruit workers from local communities including local citizens, visible minorities and Aboriginal peoples.

Upon meeting with the client to determine the scope of the security requirements for the organization, we customize the security needs to the worksite.
We use two unique softwares: TrackThat (Remote Road & Lease Security Gates) SilverTrac (Static/Industrial/Plant Sites).
All vendor-defined information is recorded and documented in our copyrighted Security Trackthat-App to provide detailed breakdowns of site specific information to our vendor for their records. This allows for vastly improved security data collection and reporting.

Why manned security
Alberta Energy Regulators (AER) implements LOC conditions for all lease access roads.
These roads may require that a closed, locked, and monitored gate be in place that restricts access and thereby reduces the impact to endangered wildlife habitat to help reduce the impact to species at risk habitat.
During times of approved oil & gas and industrial activities, it may be impossible for oil companies to ensure that these gates remain closed and locked at all times.
By hiring an approved independent, licensed security agency (as required by the Alberta Justice & Solicitor Generals Security Services and Investigators Act) to provide 24 hour manned security gate services to control the access points they demonstrate to the regulators that they are meeting and exceeding the intent of the LOC conditions.
Service Masters Security specializes in industrial and manned security gates and our presence onsite is a proven deterrence of theft, vandalism, and poaching.
Additionally our worksites are the communication and control center at industrial activity access points, which effectively assist in the safety, culture of remote work locations so that everyone may get to their destinations safely.
